Return to Base Maintenance Contract – Allows for covered devices to be returned to OpalTec and they will be repaired and returned within 5 working days. Includes coverage for accidental damage.
Emergency Exchange Maintenance Contract – Provides an advance replacement of covered devices requiring repair. Customers simply place a call with the service desk to get a replacement device shipped next business day and the faulty device collected. OpalTec maintains a spares pool, alleviating the need for customers to manage and track replacement units. Once repaired, devices are returned to the spares pool for future replacement requests.
On-site Maintenance Contract – For coverage of mission critical equipment such as Wireless Network Infrastructure, Industrial Printers and RFID readers. Allows an engineer to be on site to diagnose and fix issues with minimal downtime.
Voucher Repairs – provides a mechanism for repair of covered devices whilst minimising associated administration costs and provides a 5 working day turnaround on repairs. Vouchers also include shipping costs for return of repaired devices. Simply purchase a block of repair vouchers to cover their device estate and these vouchers are used against repairs as they are required.
Fixed Price Repair – A flexible and cost effective solution to get devices repaired when they fail.
