Looking for a new Business Development role?
OpalTec has vacancies for Business Development Executives We're currently looking to recruit people to join our dynamic sales team. The Role: The role involves maintaining and strengthening relationships with key clients, as well as developing and building revenue streams with new clients. The primary responsibilities will be holding targeted and strategic conversations with customers to identify operational and productivity issues, as well as working closely with cross-functional inhouse and external teams to provide bespoke technical solutions that will meet and exceed business objectives. A working knowledge or understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Solutions, including SOTI, 42Gears & Microsoft Intune would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of selling hardware and services from Zebra Technologies, Honeywell, Datalogic or similar Key Experience / Skills / Knowledge: A proven track record in Business Development and Managing Key Accounts is essential, as is experience of handling and growing client relationships and revenue streams Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Analytical skills to evaluate client needs, market trends, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making Strong business planning skills and the ability to develop actionable strategies for achieving sales and customer goals Experience in using CRM systems and other relevant technology platforms (such as Linkedin) to manage and build strong relationships and consistent sales pipelines Location: Burcott Road, Avonmouth, Bristol (office based) Hours: 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (Full Time) Salary: Competitive salary with attractive commission scheme Benefits: 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays), Pension, Private Health Insurance Start Date: As soon as possible Interested?
